We live in this area and went to the show last year with our son .
I took some great pictures . Years past we always just watched from a distance because of the crowds ,but I am so glad we went right on the grounds last yr . There is so much to see at the airfield itself . Lots of classic old planes to see up close, several jets and blackhawk heliocopters you can actually climb inside of and of course the Blue Angels are the best to watch . Also the Army had a really neat similation excercise that our son went into ,he loved it !
We are probably going to be out of town that weekend , but if not we will be there .

Looks like it's a 9 hour drive for me, but they've got some interesting stuff. Will have to see if I can get the time off of work.
