Can I throw this out now or what?

A couple of years ago I was left with over 700 LP's of music....(don't get excited...it was not classic rock)....It was show tunes, operas, and various classics. I pulled those I thought were decent....and now I am left with 2 closets full of stacked operas and what I consider crapola.

I have no interest in posting this on the internet or trying to sell it. I just want it out of my life...I can only throw out a small amount at a time. (arggg).....do I dare? I can't stand it any more. I need my closets back.

RESTRANGLED- Hey- Sell the LP's on E-bay ! I sell early 1900's art on E-bay and do pretty well on the side offsetting my other business occasionally. It's worth a shot. Then you'll make some $$$$$ off of them

I know I am sounding lazy...but its just too overwhelming. Here's the ad for JWd....free for the taking...but..... you have to take them all. They must weigh about 500 to 1000 pounds. AT least 2 feet high by 2 feet deep by 3 foot wide x 2. (kept in the house in closets.)

I think Goodwill is a good bet. Or call a record collector and ask them to haul it all away.

Be certain of this, if they are worth a fortune, the record shop will give you peanuts and make a small fortune for themselves.

Most likely they are worth peanuts but check for yourself-eBay is your friend, view the completed listings.

A friend of mine bought a classical record collection here in the UK and sold them on eBay. The cheapest went for about £10 and many records went for up to £100 and more. He paid £20 or £30 for the whole collection. I rest my case...
