I mean people who like to nibble?/make a fuss about small things.

We call them nit pickers here. My hall was infested with them, and the elders were the worst.

Actually, nit picking is the biggest, most important doctrine of JWism.

Going to a meeting was like visiting the gorilla exhibit at the zoo, except you had to be in the cage.

Nit picking seems to be indocrinated into JWs - it's a part of the culture.
