Yes, JD, actually I recall now that I have read that if you are 10 ponds overweight you should not run. Sorry for the bad advice.
I know they are mind-numbing but the stair-stepper fitness machines are great for weight loss. Once I could not run because of a knee injury so did the stair-master-- I lost all this weight I was not prepared to lose!
Plus all the hot chicks at the gym hit the stairmasters...
