I just read on the AccessHollywood website that Michael Jackson wanted his kids to be raised by his mother if anything happened to him. Those poor children will now have to endure an even more bizarre and f***ed up chilhood than before. I feel bad for them. I don't know how strict of a JW she is but hopefully she will let them be as normal as possible.....if that's possible.

One of the talking heads on CNN claims that none of the children are biologically related to the Jacksons and that MJ used the same sperm donor for them. If that's the case, he's the only person biologically related to all three kids and may be judged the appropriate parent. She semed to know what she was talking about.

I hope you are right but it might be traumatic for them to be raised by a total stranger. Although the alternative can't be much better.

Don't waste your tears on Jackson's kids. Their mansions and their father's millions will soften the trauma in a way not available to most of the world's children who lose a parent.

The issue is that the witlesses have a legal team to force these battles to end with the children in the cancer. This is more common when divorce between mixed couples happens (they want the children in the cancer), but they will take on this case as well.
And, I would rather see the children grow up in the world. Michael's mother will only do to them what she did to Michael--and I don't think those children are going to be coming up with any records or tapes any time soon, that would allow them a measure of exposure to the world. As bad as they have had it (the masks on their faces) before, it is actually better than having them waste all their time out in field circus.

Yeah, but I thought it was only because his ex-wife was really business savvy and made his home or something like that into some sort of tourist thing... I'm not so sure that they would have made so much money if she didn't do that.

The lawyers will at this case for years not only to discern who the children will go to, I think it will Debbie Row myself unless
she refuses to take them, then its anybodies guess. And of course there's the matter of the his estate, millions of debt and millions of assets
to sort out. There's no question though that the children will be well looked after by a trust fund.
Yes that would be a sad and unfortunate thing if the children were handed over to Mj's parents and they were indoctrinated into
being JWS., they got screwed up when their father was living and then get screwed up when he's dead. shame really.

There's gonna be alot and I mean alot of legal ramblings that will last for years over what's left of his estate and estimated cash in his bank, plus any stocks and bonds and whatever.
Debt collectors took pretty much everything he owned. His Neverland Ranch, the Zoos took all of his animals (pets, whatever). I'm sure his housekeepers helped themselves to something when he fled the country after being found not guilty. He lived out in the Middle East somewhere for a while before he got kicked out. He's being sued by some rich Arab who claims MJ made concert promises that he never kept.
Speaking of collectors, they'll file everything left and right to make sure they collect what they're owed. Plus other claims come out of the blue from strangers we never even heard of with whatever weird or strange claims they'll be making.
For years people have tried to sue MJ for not just about child molestations, but staffers who got fired tried to claim discrimination, some got fired for being interviewed by tabloids with a bunch of juicy details. One tried to sue claiming he stole his songs. It goes on and on, people trying to get free money out of the expense of someone rich and famous.
Hell, some celeb years back got sued by an airport employee who claimed she got roughed up by the celeb. The celeb paid good money to get an investigator to check into it and found a security tape that backs up the Celeb's innocence.
MJ paid out alot of money to ensure his security and privacy. I remember when he was interviewed by Barabra Walters, it was done LIVE that evening and the alarms at the ranch went off so they had to go to commercial. MJ looked very nervous when it went off. So I'm sure he's had plenty of fair share of whackos gaining access to his property. Anyway, turned out it was a false alarm, some squirrel set it off.
The kids will be in the middle of a custody battle I'm sure. I'd hate to be them. Think Ann Nicole, it'll be a mess.
