Outlaw, I 'm curious about what a head chef woud require for clean up?
"I hate dishes in the sink, but when I go to bed at night, my kitchen is cleaned up. So I can come out in the morning...and its like I was never there the previous evening. I am not always perfect especially with the floor. I will hand wipe spills, and sweep, but my best clean up job is once a month..... I hand steam the entire 18 x 12 floor including the grout and wipe up with paper towls. It takes about 2 hours. At the same time I steam the trash can and all appliances which takes an additional 30 minutes. All counters are treated to a good dosing of bleach and the stainless sinks and faucet are also steamed .
Is that enough for a home kitchen, or would a chef require more on a regulara basis?"..............Restrangled

..Good Question..
In a Working Kitchen you are required to clean up constantly..So many people are served..So many meals go out.............It`s like Feeding an Army.....Right Frigg`n Now!!..LOL!!..
For a Private Kitchen..You should clean every time you cook..And....Go over the Entire Kitchen once a week..
