    Everything is conditional.

You do and act how the JWs want and they will *love* you.

If your skirt is too short or your sideburns too long, the love turns into a backroom discussion with the Elders.

People who are waiting for non-members eyes to be plucked out by birds, as they watch in fascination, don't feel love.

Yes I was very much loved by many in the "LIE'
I was also hated by a few..But those that loved
me were mostly those I MADE jws.
Of course only two of them came out
& still love me , & besides them my daughters( two of them)
my nephew, neice, who still love me & came out
    Thank God....

The "love" was short lived. Once I made MS it disappeared.

I knew some brothers and sisters that would step in front of a train for you and really acted like Christians in terms of helping those in need, taking care of their neighbors, etc - but these were very few and far between. Generally every hall I attended had its cliques, scandals, and gossippy backstabbing going on so that the few decent people there never really even got noticed.

    hi guys

I was lovebombed for about a year until I was made an unbaptised publisher.

With this was extra responsibility so it cooled off but was pretty good, quite a lot of love in my congregation

But since being demoated from unbaptised publisher there has been no love and some are ignoring me so I stopped attended

    IT IS ALL CONDITIONAL LOVE!!!!!!!!!!!

    Cheers Bloomin x

People will "love" you when you're popular.

    Not at all.

Our congragation was repeatedly counciled regarding gossip, slander, social cliques, and the endless bickering in the hall.

There were literally three 'camps' every newcommer would have to choose from, and they were always at war with eachother. The "quick-witted" camp that endlessly teased everyone else, the "materialistic" witnesses (anyone from Evil California), and then the super-witnesses.

It was very difficult to find love there, as everything was so polorized, and if you were loved by one group, you were hated by 2 other groups. I think it may have been a factor in the 2 suicides the congragation had in the 9 years I was there.

I once got in trouble with my parents for the remarking on how kids at my high school got along better than the witnesses.
