You may have the language set - if your browser is sending a language header then the site will pick it up and redirect you to that version.
The other option is a corrupt cache or some technical issue. Could be your ISP or router ... so many places things can go wrong!

You might want to try out a proxy service if you're going to be going to Arabic websites, like Al Jazeera, or any website holding such content. That will give you maximum privacy.

Cofly, if you're using Chrome, hit Control and N. It opens up an incognito window that doesn't rely on cookies, etc. Call it and untraceable "clean" window. Well worth a try.
