I sit corrected [happily so!], Beks.

When I read COco's writings I feel like I'm taking a leisurely stroll down the Avenue des Champs-Élysées.

PS. Coco is a "he?" For some reason I thought Coco was a "she" but it's all good.

    Merci beaucoup, YoursChelbie!

I am inspired to take that promenade myself and turn it into words, or music or painting.

FYI, BTW, je suis CoCo Le Guy!

He's a true gentleman. I loved the thread about the migrant workers' child who managed to get an education. Thank you, Coco for that heart warming story. Very. And also all the lovely paintings/d/l's you sent to me.

    Thanks, too, BTS and FHN!

How nice of you, FHN, to remember Dr. Billie Davis! She was an inspiration to me as a child and I wasn't aware then, of course, who she was. Please check out these links. I remember how pleased I was to get your posts, FHN.

    Gratefully,

    CoCo

With our economy in the shape it is, many are finding themselves amongst the "marginal". Very profound. Billi'es story.

    Dear FHN:

Once again, I say thank you for the reminder.

I'm rereading the account of Dr. Davis and am grateful that there are so many people in the world who inspire us to be better and do better. It's still pretty overwhelming how widespread can be the effects of paying it forward. BTW, your comment on our becoming "marginal" people ourselves is so true. Growing up in poverty has prepared me well for my current reality.

    Many thanks to you.

    Love,

    CoCo
