  Spike - Like the KM 1974 said - "What are you going to do the last few months of this system?"

  The District Convention was really confusing. There was a talk about why it is good we don't know the day or hour - it allows us to focus on serving God forever. The next talk was about how if we don't believe the end is near we'll turn into a bunch of slackers like they did in the 2nd century. (I guess Justin Martyr was a slacker by JW standards) Pile of crap. Phrases like the end will come "in our day", "soon", it's "near" were thrown out every few minutes, but are all meaningless and frustrating. It would be easier to stomach if the told the TRUTH - We don't KNOW anything, but we think this is right. I'd be cool with that - I don't KNOW anything either.

  Everyone in my hall who has been to the DC said that it is the last warning that we might get I kid you not, that the system is going to end NOW!!!!. I thought they were joking the way the said it but sadly they meant it. I almost laughed in their faces the way they were talking it was to bizarre to believe that they were buying it. I just stood there not knowing what to say. One younger sister said this DC will go down as one of the greatest assembles that there ever was, like the 1922 advertise advertise advertise. How sad that they all believe it is all I can say.

  I would say I was the bible's advocate hehe

  but as to births and deaths an interesting side point is fertility rates are dropping quite a lot, we are now at replacement level globally which means population will decline over the next generations.

  the worries over supporting an aging population is why governments encourage working families and encourage children in developed countries to increase the childbirth levels which in some developed countries is running at subreplacement levels which is not good.

  For those who recall the "population bomb" panic of the 1970s, most of this probably sounds like good news. However, while we used to think that declining birthrates were strictly a matter of conscious choice, some scientists now wonder whether one reason we don't have more children is that we can't. A host of biological factors can contribute to reduced fertility, including the trend toward starting families later in life (older women have a tougher time conceiving); more sexually transmitted diseases; increased obesity, smoking, and alcohol consumption (in some quarters, anyway); and greater exposure to chemicals.

  Marisa. Yes, indeed. I thorougly believe that WT in unison with other like organizations will actually "make" something happen. And yes, there ARE other "like" organizations. WT is just another spoke in the wheel. The conspiracy is bigger than you can imagine. It is not something new.

  Did you think that WT would be able to carry out a global conspiracy of deception and power by themselves?

  This is a vast, deep, and long planned event.

  Think about it. The more you research this conspiracy and the more you learn about the history of the elite you realize that this historical plan is almost perfect.

  And so many people laugh and say "Oh, they have been saying this for 120 years. How ridiculous. It will never materialize." Well, you are wrong.

  Why would those of the elite and occult societies dedicate their lives to a plan that would not materialize in their lifetime?

  Because the goals of this plan have not been planned out by men!

  No, these plans originate from a superior intelligence and one of a malevolent spirit.

  Men have sold their souls for this plan in return for worldly rewards of wealth and power.

  What you don't know is that in these higher echelons, where these men have been taught their sorcery of psychology and "magic" (just like the prophets of Mt. Carmel) they have come to believe in reincarnation and have a very different philosophy of life. Life in this realm, and especially the lives of others, have no value to them. It is a psychological indoctrination they go through, themselves.

  It is for that reason that they agree to carrying out the plans for these demon angels so they can have their wonderful life now. They do not believe in the Bible or in the divinity of Jesus and they refer to these doctrines as something necessary for "the spiritually weak brothers." (That's their congregants. The "other sheep".)

  Who does this plan benefit? It benefits the "architect" of the New World Order/New System and the foolish men who have pushed his agenda.

  Yes, I believe this "higher power " is alien. Those who are selling out the human race have said "You call them God; we call them angels."

  Now, back to the issue of the WT quote. The mag states "144,000 Brothers and "other sheep"."

  Forget what Jesus said about the 'other sheep'. This has nothing to do with Jesus!

  This is more WT class distinction; more separatism. "Us" and "them". The 144K is capitalized B..Brothers. The "other sheep" is of no consequence; dust under their feet. It is a separation of leaders and followers; commanders and slaves.

  You have been led to assume you know what it is and that it is a direction from Jesus. But don't you already realize that Jesus has nothing to to with the WT and it's doctrine and policies?

  They are telling you right to your face what their operatives are and the intent is clear.

  There will be an obedient, non-thinking, boot-licking, class of slaves. This is what the witnesses have been in training for. And if you don't fit the mold you will not be allowed to live in their paradise.

  with all these so called 'signs of the times the apologists are spouting....Jesus tells us in Matt 24 that these things will occurs, but not to be deceived...the end is not here...these are not signs that the end is near as they have conitnued thruout history. The sign is described as the celestial phenomenon later in ch 24. Apocalyptic cults love to capitalize on 'world conditions'.
