Scofield bible

Any opinions on the Scofield bible? Is it a good translation? I was going to buy one at a used book store but mainly for the large print.

Afaik there is no "Scofield translation," but the Scofield Bible "peritext" (footnotes, introductions, appendices) has been combined with a number of Bible translations. So you might check what translation is the one you're thinking of buying.
