LEIOLAIA - I can't figure out who that band is. It sounds like an upbeat alternative band with a higher pitched singer . There were so MANY alternative bands coming out in the mid 1990's. Almost sound a bit like an offshoot band copying U2 with a vocalist with a higher voice than Bono. Sorry, just can't ID them though. Sounds familiar though

Amazingly somebody came through with the info ... the song is "Blowing Down the Stylus" by the Space Monkeys. Really obscure.
