I know, Dogpatch (not this group, I mean) - I was just saying because I know somebody who was trying to get some help getting out of a cult (scientology, ironically) and found a cult help forum on the internet.
Incredibly, it was being run by scientology itself.
At least not even the JWs have stooped that low, as far as I can tell.

I'm glad there are no religious affiliations to this organizations. God knows people trying to piece together their lives after their cultic experiences do not need religious help which more often than not peddles its own views. Otherwise it's a bit like getting out of a bad marriage and going straight into another one. Time to sort things out is a necessary step before even thinking about "what else to believe" - which is a step that is entirely over to the individual if and when they're ready.
