Yesterday someone suggested sunflower seeds --- high in iron.

    Can anyone confirm??

Hate walnuts, love almonds but can't afford them. Pistachios are unbelievably expensive.

I use Hidden Valley and allow it because of the other clean things.

I LOVE sunflower seeds! The oil in them should be good for hair, too. (I think)

All those ideas, except the Draino one, sound really good

Drain-O's good for committing murder and the like. That's for another thread on the most efficient means of committing and cleaning up after a homocide

Right now, I'm more concerned about staying alive for a long time.

I try to stay away from Aspartame as well. Now that the Government isn't in bed with the Searle Co. who make "nutrasweet", it may get banned as it should have before. Artificial sweeteners, MSG, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Hydrogenated oils, Hydrolyzed protein, and stuff make with white sugar and white flour are all "dirty". hehe. But pretty hard to avoid.

Popcorn is a good snack too. You might try Hummus instead of ranch dressing for your carrot sticks. By the way, if you have a Trader Joe's nearby, they have the best prices on nuts, and it's very easy to find "clean" food at a lower rate. They have some very interesting stuff too.

Sunflower seeds are full of goodness!!! Here is one of my favorite sites. It's my Homepage actually. Great ideas for healthy eating.

    Thanks for the site, beks.

I try to eat real food as much as possible, and stay away from all those nasty thigns beks mentioned. It's hard to do, but very rewarding.
