Hi, Lisa. Not sure what you mean... are you asking for opinions on whether or not to keep the pregnancy? Are you expecting or is one of the kids?

The 24 yr old is pregnant by the 16 year old.
If it was reversed, I think the families involved would be upset.
But because the boy is 16, everyone is acting like it's not a big deal.

Technically, I don't think it matters legally who is female and who is male. The 24 year old may be guilty of statutory rape. But that was not the question.
I think the 24 year old should make up her own mind whether or not she is able to keep this baby. She's got so much to consider... economics, family obligations, etc. That is a rough situation...

What the hell do you mean "Where did this happen?" I'm not sure, probably the back seat of a car, a friends, maybe in thier home when the parents weren't home.
I don't know the 24yr old. The girl might have her own place,...Oh, one more thing, (and I'm not implying anything here) I'm just sayin', they all live in a trailer park.
The 16yr old is a friend of a friend...extended family on my daughter husband's side of the family. So I'm not personally involved in any way. This was shared with me though my daughter.
I can't help thinking about cases that have happened recently that involved female teacher and a student. So this girl isn't a teacher, but she is older, and possibly more mature. So she holds all the responsibilty, right?
I know I'm just rattlin' on...just have a lot going though my head.

If this couple lives in Ohio and the boy was 16, there is no statutory rape. State law puts the age of consent at 16. If the 24-year old was the kid's teacher, then that is against the law.
