Show her Watchtower's own words. July1, 1973 "Showing Respect For Life" Is making weapons for destruction consistent with doing good toward all? Would your conscience permit you to share in producing weaponry? Than tell her to click on "Watchtower and Warfare Technology." It doesn't seem to bother the Watchtower Society's conscience.

    Hi,

I'd tell them to consider if they turn their back on the Jesus' sacrifice every "memorial".

    Hebrews 10:29 (New International Version)

29 How much more severely do you think a man deserves to be punished who has trampled the Son of God under foot, who has treated as an unholy thing the blood of the covenant that sanctified him, and who has insulted the Spirit of grace?

    All the best,

    Stephen

Its so sad when people equate leaving a man-made organization with leaving God, truly sad and disheartening.

Why anyone would think of God as so weak, of Jesus so weak and of the HS so weak that they need an earthly organization for people to come to them.

    Truly an insult to God.

My response: "I'm always with Jehovah, just not with the Jehovah's Witnesses."

Good responses all, and we need to give them, this is so widespread a reaction to someones leaving the Dubs that it PROVES they are mind-controlled.

My Niece and my nephews wife (not blood related) both used this exact expression, showing it was not part of normal personality, but programmed.

    They need the truth.

As someone said, I am sure it was an expression of sincere concern ..and should be treated kindly..But you have to recognize emotional blackmail and manipulation when it comes your way.

"Please" and "It would break my heart" are not logical reasoning, just emotion..Try and stick to real facts and be unmoved by manipulation

If Jehovah turns His back on me first, I will turn my back on Him--and not go back to Him.

What WTWizard said! Afterall, I was taught as a child that Jehovah turned away from us. I never understood that. I wasn't even born then when he did that. How can he turn away from everyone to come? Seems awfully fishy to me. Along with everything else in this cult.
