He is one unhealthy person to get a zit like that. Look at him with all his beer bottles around him. Probably hasn't eaten a vegetable or piece of fruit in months.

You get some people with some shots of whiskey, a web cam and some time on their hands, and this sort of stuff starts to happen. Not all that disgusting as others I have seen. No one was eating those chunks of body cheese.

I almost threw up. That was disgusting. Made me wonder if she was actually squeezing fat out. After a while it didn't look like puss, but fat.

That's a sebaceous cyst. The oil gland that's attached to the hair follicle got plugged. It's actually pretty common, and yeah, they reek when you open them.

Yeah, that's a sebacious cyst. They can hold a lot and do they ever stink!
If they used a hot compress instead of cutting it they could have drained it without all the blood and risk of infection.

The thing about the sebaceous cyst is that they pore can clog even easier after scar tissue is formed, creating more scar tissue that in turn makes the pore easier to clog and fester. Bad feedback cycle.
