I was thinking about getting 2010 Toyota Corolla, a very quiet car. I am willing to consider other cars too, I am looking for a very quiet car, any suggestions? Thanks!

It's hard to go wrong with a Toyota or a Honda.
They're very reliable and easy to sell, should you want to get rid of it.
Disclosure: I'm a Nissan fan.

How about a Tesla? They make so little noise that some say they are dangerous to pedestrians who cannot hear them approach...
Seriously, the Corolla is an OK car - but is quietness really the only criteria?

I tried the Toyota Corolla the other day, I thought that I did not start the car, but I did because the car is so quiet. I just like it.

Good choice, Toyota's are known for their reliability, resale value and good gas mileage.
Honda Civics are another good choice for the very same reasons.
Being that Civics look little more sportier that would be my choice.
The new Honda CRVs look quite attractive also and may prove to be more practical for some.
One thing that should be kept in mind is that the price of gas has fallen from a year ago,
but expect it to rise again gradually as the economy improves.
Its already gradually increasing again up here in Canada.

You can visit this site to get a general idea as to what other folks are actually paying for this car, new.

Ihave owned or leased 3 corollas.
You cant go wrong with them - the one i have now has 120000 miles on it and the engine runs like it did when I bought it 8 years ago.

Just make sure it's a 4-door so you can take it out in service

Big Willy, I like the 4 door so I can put groceries in my car, etc.....If I was younger, I should have gotten the 2 door car, but I got the 4 door car so I can be more theocratic and have some room for a chaperone. Too late! Thanks alot, Watchtower!
