I think Mickey is referring to the Annual Meeting, held each October in the Stanley Theater in New Jersey.

I googled AGM, Jehovah, G stands for General.

I've never heard that term, before.
I've been to it, several times. It's always referred to as, simply, The Annual Meeting.
