I notice that the report says that a trick of the light has been ruled out, I wonder why?

To me it appears to be a double or triple exposure. If you look closely to the right, you will see another image also.

A little early for photoshop, but one never knows.
We now have it on very good authority that the classic B&W of the Loch Ness monster was a rubber dinosaur head on a toy submarine, and that the pictures of the garden fairies were composite from somebody's childrens book on top of a previous exposure.

Over the years there have been almost as many sightings of Jim Morrison as Elvis. One of the members of the band (can't remember which one) started it all by claiming he wasn't dead.
