wha happened?
Girlfriend, music career, education, job opportunities, clients, time from my parents. Whe I as 1st dipped or duped, I didn't talk to my "worldly parents". Do u know what I would give now for a just a single conversation with either one today? The regrets stack up

1975 I had just turned 16 and I wasn't doin to well in high school, zero encouragement from family etc, the end of the world was apon us, so i left school and took a job in a paint shop (retail), man I regret that, my dream was to get my commercial pilots licence. something I have not done since & will never do.

All the time I wasted going to the boasting sessions and out in field circus was bad enough. Typically, I would have to work all night Friday and Saturday, then have a boasting session at 1 PM Sunday, then have to work at 6 PM Sunday evening. (At least near the beginning.) Though I didn't like the company that much, I feel I could have done a little better in performance (speed-wise, at least) had I not lost that sleep because of the boasting session. And, that is value that is forever lost to society.

I dumped my fiance and my friends and virtually ignored my "worldly" family for 20 years. I pioneered and married a pioneer. I ruined myself physically working at menial jobs so I could pioneer. Note that the health problems could have come up either way. We didn't have kids because we wanted to pioneer and maybe go to Gilead. We figured we could have kids in the "new system".
Now I'm over 50, divorced and childless. I'm a late starter in buying a home and planning for retirement, so I will likely have to work until I drop.
