That's awful. The poor kid. On top of that having to live with a wacko as a Dad.
I think the father needs a circumcision between his shoulder blades...

Wow. That news article hurt to read it.
The father "reasoned" that he didn't apply ice to the 4 year old child's butchered penis because the Isrealites likely didn't have ice. Yet, he put "Wonder Dust" on the boy's penis to stop bleeding. Thankfully, he didn't realize that the Isrealited wouldn't have Wonder Dust either.
I think this is a case for child abuse, and criminal assault and battery. The judge missed the mark, in my opinion.
