Everyone is a bit Bipolar.
You may have, as someone already mentioned, PTSD. In general, I think there are many who have PTSD but don't know it. You REALLY need to get to a medical professional who can help you.
It may involve having to take medication. I don't know how you would feel about that. Some people would rather live with their condition.
