Could just be for fashion.
Could be it was a gift.
Could be the idea behind it.
I have a cross that I wear on my charm bracelet. I like it...May even have a cross tattoo done.

The cross was first used for a non religeous porpose before religion. As a symbol or a simple form of a language and is still being used to this day to represent duality. One thing does not exist with out the other. night/day, male/female, life/death, etc./etc.
I recall listening to a Pastor tell of how he was going through a supermarket checkout.
The checkout girl was wearing a cross, so he said to her "Are you a Christian."
He said the girl look puzzled, so he pointed out that she was wearing a cross so was she Christian.
Her reply was "Its just a piece of jewellery, I just thought it looked nice."
because they sell stuff like that in high street fashion stores.
I would rather wear a snowflake.
My husband bought me a cross a few years ago.
I said, "Why would you buy me a cross?" He said "I noticed you were looking into religions and thought maybe you had a chance."
My .."A chance at what?"
He said, "I'll take it back. I don't know...I just thought you'd like it...but I'll take it back."
Me.."a chance a what?"
I still have it. I love it.... because he bought it for me.
