To join in fellowship with friends, eat terrific homeland food, and just jaw endlessly with good friends and family.....it doesn't get much better than that!
Amen! it's 1:30 am and everyone's just left, we had about a dozen friends over and it was a blessing. I was never into large crowds, always a private person, and despite what some may deem "dull", there is nothing better than to be with friends.

I was at the Colombian just outside of Sarasota, Florida -- at St. Armand's circle. (Again, a Cuban restaurant.) All I can say is --- DELICIOUS!!! Thanks for bringing back a wonderful Florida / culinary memory.
