    On a serious note my friends put in a mud bath which is actually pretty sweet.
    Is the Jacuzzi on an outside wall? You could put in a huge window in as long as the neighbors house doesn’t stare right back into it. Bathrooms with real windows are really nice but rare for city folk.

    All the above advice is way off.

    Instead of replacing your hot tub, you should figure why you aren't using it, and what you're going to do about that.

    rebel8, it came with the house when I got here last year. I would use the Jacuzzi outside of the house in the breeze at night. It would have to be bigger though. It is a very wishful thinking, I am not sure how it will fit into the budget. Lets wait and see, I still would like to have some more good suggestions from others here.
