Well everybody, this is my goodbye letter. Today the world will end.
Armageddon will sweep across the world. I'm looking for a JW to save me. I'm gonna buy all their Watchtowers. I hope Jehovah will then safely get me through Armageddon. If you want to save your butt then I would advice you to go out rightnow and find the nearest dubb so he can pray for you.

It could happen just the way you put it. However, I am more impressed with You Know's predictions. Tommorrow, all our money will be worthless. The infrastructure will collapse, including all roads and bridges. We, my friend, will be in deep doo doo.
Well, if it doesn't happen just the way he predicted, well hey, there's always next year for us to look forward to and the thrilling prospect of total devastation. I just can't wait.

Well, i'm confused, frankly. Will the end/crash/2ndcoming/judgement/apocalypse/parousia/rapture/dissolutionofelements/tribulation/armageddon commence on the 31st in the morning, or at the end of it - midnight? Or later on , on the first of the new year? Another thing, what about the time zones? How will god/jesus work those into his destructive plans? I guess considering my inability to understand these times/seasons, it's no wonder i didn't remain a jw/christian.

The strangest thing happened this morning of the last day!!
When I woke up I decided to take a walk in the snow. Because it is the last day of this world I made it extra long. I usually walk through the park where there is an old cemetary, not far from my house. I don't know why but I felt more and more uneasy the closer I got to the cemetary. As soon as I got to the cemetary there were an unusual amount of birds. All kinds of birds, ravens, crows, eagles, falcons, sparrows, blue jays, and seaguls. I don't know if it were all of these birds, but there sure were a lot of diffirent birds there.
Because I have never seen this in all the other times I walked past the cemetary, I walked up to the cemetary's gate an looked at all those birds. They were everywhere! The trees were covered, you could not even see the bushes because the birds were all over them, the gravestones were not recagnizable and even looked like they were moving cause of the birds. I could not believe my eyes! Suddenly I felt more uncomfortable then I already was. The feeling of a thousand eyes looking at me just frightened me! I ran away till I could not see and hear the birds anymore. Soon I arrived at my house. Just when I was about to turn the key of my front door I heard a voice. I looked back and the only thing I could see was a black bird in the tree at the front of my house. I could see the bird looking at me! Then suddenly the bird began to speak: "Hey you human! I just got back from the big assembly and I am glad to say that I was assigned to you and you sure do look like a good meal." The End

In answer to the time zones question and other quetions and my own thoughts on this the last day...
The time zone used will have to be Greenwich Mean Time... however the quetion of DST comes in here... will it then mean that it will be at 11pm due to the "missing hour"? Also birds? BIRDS? Pu-lease. You should have seen the evil looking Housemartin I saw this morning!! And I swear I saw a huge horse in the sky holding back what appeared to be wind.... All very very unnerving... Something has to happen tonight BEFORE the Euro becomes legal currency. The Germans tried taking Europe with Force twice and now they are using financial institutions... what else could stop them... other than the end of the world?!!!!!

Well, I am not from Australia but I have a few friends whom I chat with online that reside in Sydney and Melbourne respectively. I live in Chicago, and they are 16 hours ahead of my time zone. Considering the fact it is 12 noon on New Years Eve here... to anyone that can do logical math that makes it 4am January 1st, 2002 there.
Lets see:
- No 4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse.
- No resounding voice from Heaven declaring time is up.
- No figurative bowls poured upon the Earth by the Angels guarding the 4 corners.
- No mass destruction of an incomprehensive scale.
- No blood flowing from the Great Winepress of His Anger to the waist of horses (as depicted so literally in the Revelation Climax Book, remind yourself this is a loving God)
So I think you need to reconsider your unsubstantiated claims about a timeframe for Armageddon. Apparently not this year.
