A yummy fruit smoothie of my own making, breakfast. I'm thinking about making a tuna salad for lunch, and it's homemade turkey meat loaf and brussels sprouts for dinner.

No Sylvia I find it a bit dry. I use regular 7%. I put in some oatmeal, shredded carrot, onion, leek, thyme, finely grated bit of bell pepper flesh only, worcestershire, etc etc. Sometimes a bit of olive oil, or salad dressing, for more moisture.
