How healthy is mom? is she overweight? eats her 9 servings of fruit & vegy's each day? water? What does she do to keep her brain healthy? what NEW thing has she learned for the health of her brain? How about excersize? how much does she get? I find it amusing when fat unhealthy people tell smokers how bad smoking is for them as if they are the picture of health? Obesity now kills more people in the US than smoking. Not that I am condoning smoking, just saying they should look at the log in their own eye first.
