The corniest song I ever heard is "Tiptoe Through the Tulips" by Tiny Tim. When it was popular (in the 60s, I think), I was in the hospital and the song was playing on the hospital's godawful muzak system. I remember lying in the bed thinking, "If I die, that will be the last thing I ever hear. There is no God."
