I used to donate blood, but now donate platelets. My last donation was yesterday morning, when I got my 25th donation badge.

No, but I have thought about it & I would like to, but, I have had cancer in the past non hodgkins lymphoma does this affect me in being able to give blood?

finallysomepride, the best people to check with is the agency where you would sign up to donate.

Thanks blondie, will do that, I do have the opportunety do that on as blood bank collection will be near work soon

I would check before the blood drive. It is possible that you will need something in writing from a doctor associated with the blood bank agency.
