I have heard Hayley Westenra's voice including her singing Amazing Grace first time while playing Endless Ocean on the Wii. It was quite beautiful, especially with all the underwater scenes there.
Il Divo is also great, maybe I'm biased, but I think Amazing Grace is best sung by a woman. It gives such a heavenly tone to it.

Well, she has sung "Amazing Grace" in Japanese.
Japanese singer Minako Honda has sung in the second half of that video.
She is the same age as me.
However, she died of leukemia several years ago. -
