exhuse me???? whats wrong with showing off what you have and looking good? Why should i have to cover myself up al la muslim/jw stlye? most men i've ever met can mentaly undress a woman at 10 paces anyhow, so what is the point???

I always touch the women's leg before going too far. It turns her on. I can understand why Muslim women covers their legs, less temptations for the guys.

Its seen has being sexually enticing and provocative and realistically there are many Christian and non-Christian faiths that have the
same and even more so controls on dress for woman. There are a lot worse than the JWS.
This used to be a real problem back in the 60's and 70's when the mini skirts was popularized with young woman.
I can remember a few sisters getting called back to the Hall to have a chat with one or more elders.
There was one sister that I remember though that had quite a beautiful figure that I don't think she was a pioneer type
or gave talks but she'd showed up for about ever Sunday talk, young in her 20's well tanned, long blond hair big blue eyes the whole shebang.
I also remember trying to sit close to her whenever possible, this was of course to be close to the microphones, ....ahem
Strangely enough the elders left her alone

The problem isn't with women's legs or how women dress at all. It's the men who have the problem. They have roving eyes, they entertain inpure thoughts and blame the women for it, rather than looking within themselves and seeing who the real culprit is.
It's called coveting.
