Too late. The Canadian Thanksgiving was last month........but I'll try and remember to remove the [pagan] giblets for next year........I think my grandmother used to eat the giblets though....along with the heart.

My mother used to cut up the giblets and add it to the stuffing. I just toss the giblets and make my stuffing on the stovetop.
