Yep. I say OMG! and Jesus H. Christ! Sometimes I slip and say it in front of my parents.

I trained myself to say "Oh My" and leave out the God which worked very well and so now I continue to use that.
I have noticed since leaving the cult that I sometimes will say "Oh my Gosh" or occasionally "God".
Recently my husband showed me something on You Tube where a Japanese commuter train was being literally stuffed with people going to work. The train attendants were literally stuffing people in so the doors would close. I repeated "OH MY GOSH" about 4 times. Unfortunately we were babysitting for my 2 year old granddaughter whose parents are loosely still in the cult. They can't figure out why she occasionally looks at the TV and repeats 3 or 4 times: Oh my gosh! with the same intensity she heard me say it. They think it was my sister who taught her that. hehe

I say OMG, but just the letters, like O M G, not oh my gosh/god. I never liked saying god, even before I was introduced to the org.

Wouldn't it be great to use any expression you wanted to and it just wouldn't matter. Like nobody would care because when it comes right down to basics, words are only a means of communicating and WTF does it matter wether we say MF, OMG, OMFG, FU, OS, AHole, GD, JC, Csucker etc.
What if nobody cared? OMG!
