Life has been coming at oompa really fast lately....super highs...worried middles....painful lows. i pretty much know how to break every rule in the book apparently...finding oneself after losing sooooo much is interesting.............oompa

Nice Ferris reference, but seriously Ooomp, be careful out there, it's a big wide scary world. It can be fun, but it comes with a bite and a subsequent rash. I remember, I was out in it a single person a decade ago.

sometimes we need to lose the pity party and just try and love the tiny things in life....a good cup of coffee...hot shower...it is called a daily gratitude list and dang do i have to write it down sometimes....three years of misery can get you used to focusing on how bad things are...and they may be, but there are still good things happening in everyones life...........oomps
