I prefer HBO, although Showtime is catching up on original programming. I still like indie movies.....

Out at Last!
I have watched IFC for years. Some movies I don't care for, but liked many. Many indie movies can bring out things the major movie companies are afraid to address or afraid they can't make any money on.

I really like IFC, I just wish it was available in hi-def.
Every time they show Se7en I have to watch it - it's like a compulsion...and where else can you watch Danny Deckchair? At least where I live... -

We pay for it as part of the premium package from Dish. I always check the schedule for interesting films never seen or ones that we enjoyed in the past and then they disappeared. This includes really good, subtitled, foreign films. Going to drop HBO and Showtime this month. No more Sopranos or Deadwood and Curb Your Enthusiasm ran out of gas this season.

I just discovered IFC recently. They have movies that appeal but not everything...isn't that true of any channel? I discovered re-runs of Monty Python.
