I would buy new from commentarypress.com ...that way Ray will get the maximum benefit. I don't believe the author gets anything if you buy a used book on Amazon. Go new and support Ray!

We bought new from Ray, and considered it a privilege.
As a matter of fact, we sent quite a bit extra just to help him.
You know what he did........................................................
He sent us more books to make up the difference.
We donated them to various libraries in the area.
