No.
Firstly Jesus said "Follow me" - not "Follow such-and-such an organisation" For all the WT boasting about being like the first Christians whom they see as a united, happy bunch, they see it wrong - you only have to look at the New Testament Acts and the letters to see that - the jewish Christians fell out with the gentile Christians, the apostles disagreed with each other, the gnostics had their own ideas too, the Christians went for certain leaders (1 Corinthians 1: 10-17). I could go on but I won't lol! It's just to make the point that the early Christians weren't half as organised and united as the WTS makes them out to be!
And guess what? In spite of all the falling out, Christianity survived in all its forms, warts and all! Its God that holds us together, not an earthly organisation.
Secondly, John 4:
19"Sir," the woman said, "I can see that you are a prophet. 20 Our fathers worshiped on this mountain, but you Jews claim that the place where we must worship is in Jerusalem."
21 Jesus declared, "Believe me, woman, a time is coming when you will worship the Father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem. 22 You Samaritans worship what you do not know; we worship what we do know, for salvation is from the Jews. 23 Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. 24 God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth."
Rephrase slightly!:
19"Sir," the woman said, "I can see that you are a prophet. 20 Our fathers worshiped in a church, but you Jews claim that the place where we must worship is in the Kingdom Hall."
21 Jesus declared, "Believe me, woman, a time is coming when you will worship the Father neither in a church nor in the Kingdom Hall.
True worship isn't reliant on any organisation - it's between God and the individual. The Christian lives a life of worship - it's not just about saying the 'right' prayers, doing 'stuff', reading the 'right' books or following a set of rules, its simply about living and moving in God's will, not man's.
