Well said Aussie Oz, the corruption of this bogus religious publishing house is there for anyone to see, if
they just open their eyes. One other thing thats noteworthy is WTS. has indirectly instigated the deaths of thousands
of people lives including children by at one time telling the flock to not accept vaccinations or organ transplants and further on by
halting blood transfusion, a badly misinterpertation of ancent hebrew deitary laws.

This is my first post. I've been lurking since I started a Bible Study with a JW woman (casual friend too). I felt roped in but was too polite and slightly intrigued so was studying and taking what I learned with a grain of salt. Thank God (literally) for this site - I'm hoping all that is shared is read by people like me. The lovefest and community extended to me was overwhelming, if false. To know that the JW faith is indeed a cultish one and based on lies gives on strength to move on. Thank you!

Good points. Amazing how the JW never mention any of these things in their witnessing work. Or course many of the JW don't even know of these things.

I wonder if it could be made into a "new song that no one could sing", except the 144,000 "apostates" who were bought from the earth.
I would amend the blood policy with "...that had a manufactured biblical basis for application to transfusions"

Funny thing was, it was all the interest I had in the information that caused me to see it all cracked at the seams. It took ten years for me to cut away, but when it stopped being acceptable to actually want to read and discuss the Bible, that pretty much removed any interest in any of the social stuff. For the last ten years it was only one or two people that I could talk to besides my wife. Now it's just my wife.
Of course now I feel like a man who's gotten out of prison after 25 years having been falsely accused and the DNA evidence is finally in.
If it wasn't for Jehovah's gift of the internet, where would we have been? Free thinkers and the dirty threads of the WBTS were so carefully hidden it was unlikely that many of us would have pieced it all together.
I know if the JW's had come knocking for me when the internet was alive like it is now, there's no way I'd have become one.

Could you provide some texts showing Russell believed Trinity...
I know that Russell believed Jesus received divinity as a gift from Jehovah for his obedience after dying on the cross, but I don't recall Russell ever professing trinity direct or believing holy spirt to be a 'person'.
