EXCELLENT post, I'm so glad to see others who have gained that same understanding. I'm gonna keep an eye out for any future posts you have. Keep doing your reading, as you stated that Jesus dispenses the extra spirit of truth knowing what we currently know, and that is so true. Reread Daniel, Ezekiel, etc, again and you'll get more out of it. Once you get new light, then it practically resets the bible, rereading it all will give you even more new light.
Why did Jesus say "Come!" "Be MY Follower?"

Chalam: Explain how Jesus submits himself to God if they are the same in 1 Cor 15: 24-28? It is as clear as clear can be. They are not the same being.
Agreed, they are Father and Son, two persons.
1 Corinthians 15:24-28 (New International Version)
24 Then the end will come, when he hands over the kingdom to God the Father after he has destroyed all dominion, authority and power. 25 For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet. 26 The last enemy to be destroyed is death. 27 For he "has put everything under his feet." Now when it says that "everything" has been put under him, it is clear that this does not include God himself, who put everything under Christ. 28 When he has done this, then the Son himself will be made subject to him who put everything under him, so that God may be all in all.
"God" here refers to the Father. However, Jesus is also God, two persons but one God. See here for a correct rendering of the start of the book of John.John 1:1-3 (English Standard Version)
The Word Became Flesh
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. There it is, Jesus is God and one with God the Father. 2 He was in the beginning with God. Hence He has the same titles as God the Father Revelation 22:13 etc. 3 All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made. Simply Jesus is the Creator not the created, as is God the FatherColossians 1:15-17 (English Standard Version)
The Preeminence of Christ
15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. 16 For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him. 17 And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together.1 Corinthians 8:6 (English Standard Version)
6 yet for us there is one God, the Father, from whom are all things and for whom we exist, and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom are all things and through whom we exist.
Blessings, Stephen
