On local sports radio this morning, they played "Purple and Gold", a song Prince was inspired to write after the Vikings embarrassed the Cowboys last Sunday. It sounds like a Kingdom Melody to me. Some of the lyrics refer to eyes being raised as a veil lifts in the sky, heavenly thrones, swords in hand, war, truth will be told. Very creepy and sad. I imagine the Vikings are thrilled ;-)

Yeah, he always looks so stone-faced whenever they show him, like he's not into the game at all.
I wouldn't be surprised if he submitted this for the new JW songbook, the purple and gold being the colors of Jesus as King.

I know Brother James Harper that used to play for the Minnesota Vikings. He was not the best in the NFL, but he did play for them for several years, thats it.
