I've mentioned before---I'm all "religioned" out!
I don't have a certain set of beliefs yet I still hope there is a God and contrary to what some have assumed, I'm not an agnostic or athiest (yet).

Nope.
I too am all religioned out. I don't feel its important for ME, and frankly want it as far away as possible. I still know right and wrong without religion.

I see no need for any of it. I think I've out grown any need for any type of religion, political affiliation, or any kind of thought regulating what so ever clubs.
I make my own decision based on what works for me, I don't need no Dr. Phils, no Oprahs, no Obamas for change, no founding fathers, no Nietzches, no Spinozas, No borrowed philosophies, no platitudes.
I just make up my morals as I go based on what my choices are and what I see best for the circumstances without any precanned ideas of what I should do for any given set of situations. I try to stay fluid not hedged in by any set of dos and don't.
Nope, I know many people that are fine, very happy and upstanding people without any religious or faith based belief system.
Important to have a religion? No
Important to have a belief system? Yes. May change though.
I don't feel I have to have a label, there is something counter productive in reducing yourself down to a narrow sects point of view since it prevents you seeking answers for yourself. That being said I still cling to a belief system rightly or wrongly and still look for some spiritual consolation in life. This may change since I no longer believe in absolutes at least I am willing to accept the possibility that others may have some of the answers.
I think it is important to be aware, as a human, in your enviornment and the power that we as humans hold. I think religion tends to take a lot of that away because it puts the emphasis on a god figure(s), rather than allowing people to expound and grow themselves, as individuals.
To me, religion should be looked at as a philosophy. There's valuable information, but it is just that, information, and we are all capable of making our own decisions that best fit the lives we want to live.
I don't think that you have to have a religion or belief system
You do however need a set of values......
I think everyone needs a moral code, but an entire "belief system" seems too retrictive to learn from life as you go along.
