The dates are subject to interpretation and as such, they are NOT set in stone and while Joseph makes a very good case, in the end, it is NOT the date but the event.
The JW's focus on the date and on a specififc date to boot and in doing so, they draw attention to the fact that they may be incorrect, much like they do with the term jehovah and the 1914 crap.
By enforcing something like a date or a name, to be a core and unalterable fact of their doctrine, the JW's must then PROVE 100% they are right.
They don't.
Just like all their core doctrines of God's name, 1914, blood abstaining, the two classes, the 144K, their doctrien inregards to the Lord's supper is wrong and since they make it to ab an "absolute", they are wrong, period.
