Whatever could this mean to have such an ancient statue juxtaposed with another one that rings so similar in modern day?
The ancient statue is "Diana of Versailles" aka "Diana a la Biche" (Diana the Huntress) aka the "Goddess Artemis".
The statue was discovered in Italy and is thought to be from the area of Nemi which is near a volcanic crater.
