My son told two elders "Even if I'm right, I'm wrong." He was labeled an Apostate later.
The Watchtower Is Never "Really" Wrong

OTWO, what??
I was doing what WTS does when they are wrong- convoluting the subject and blaming the members. My example is similar to the "apology" in the WT mag. when the end didn't come in 1975. Then I threw in a promise to address the issue in 10 years because WTS waited several years to "soften" their apology on that because the members were still talking about their involvement in errors without admitting them.

They always turn “being wrong” into:
“We are being lovingly readjusted by Jehovah’s hand. Surely brothers, another indication that Jehovah is indeed using this organisation to dispense loving truths to his chosen people in these last days.....”
“Some of you brothers may have interpreted material from our publications and formed opinions or dates in regards to the period of time we are living in or in relation to the fulfilment of Bible prophecies concerning the times in which we are living in. We are wisely encouraged not to run ahead of Jehovah’s organisation or to delve into the deeper spiritual things of God’s Word. Is it not wise then brothers, to patiently wait upon Jehovah to discern these matters in a time frame that Jehovah deem fit to do so through his loving earthly organisation, which has been accurate and truthful in these matter.....”

"It was god using his organization to test the faith of the brothers and weed out the unworthy ones."
(You know, because god wouldn't be able to figure it out otherwise)

Remember, time and time again, it's the R&F that were wrong or misunderstanded things. The expectations of the R&F were too high and should have waited patiently on the organization to provide information at the appropriate time.
