What a load of nonsense. What on earth is he apologising to the media for? He should tell them to mind their own damn business. And those sponsors who dropped him, he should tell them to go to hell and that he won't have them back when they come asking. This is between him and his wife and family.
Should Tiger Woods apologize publicly to the woman he had an affair with?

A Mexican woodpecker and a Canadian woodpecker were in Mexico arguing about which place had the toughest trees.
The Mexican woodpecker claimed Mexico had a tree that no woodpecker could peck.
The Canadian woodpecker accepted his challenge and promptly pecked a hole in the tree with no problem.
The Mexican woodpecker was amazed.
The Canadian woodpecker then challenged the Mexican woodpecker to peck a tree in Canada that was absolutely ‘I’m-peckable’ (a term woodpeckers like to use).
The Mexican woodpecker expressed confidence that he could do it and accepted the challenge.
The two flew to Canada where the Mexican woodpecker successfully pecked the so-called ‘I’m-peckable’ tree almost without breaking a sweat.
Both woodpeckers were now terribly confused.
How is it that the Canadian woodpecker was able to peck the Mexican tree, and the Mexican woodpecker was able to peck the Canadian tree, yet neither was able to peck the tree in their own country?
After much woodpecker pondering, they both came to the same conclusion:
Apparently, your pecker gets harder when you’re away from home. -

I saw this interview with Allred and her "client", the X-porn star, i.e. prostitute. Unbelievable, shameless and stupid, and that's just my opinion of Gloria Allred.

I found the whole Tiger apology sickening.
Self-flagellation, crawling on his belly like a whipped cur, with the obvious subtext "I want this to be over so I can start earning millions again."
He merely called his behavior "unacceptable" ( a touchy feely word that means "not cool at present")
Unacceptable implies no genuine emotional response - like somebody walking through a gallery of ultra modern art and calling it "interesting". No doubt if he had not been found out there would be other liasons.
He should just take it on the chin and move on. I for one don't want to look at his skid-marked underwear.

Is it just me or is there some doubt as to 'sex addiction'? It seems to be an affliction than only affects rich, and famous men. All other men out there who have countless affairs - you are womanising scumbags, and woe betide any women - you are absolute SLAGS! So, if you're rich and famous, and want to play the field, and play the field, and play the field.......you have a sex addiction. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

His apologies should have been between him, his wife, and his family. I used to cook for Tiger and many other pro golfers... I have to tell ya... none of them are faithful to their wives!! So this is nothing new.

Surely you meant to title this thread.... "Should Tiger Woods apologize publicly to the women he had affairs with?"
(My response is no, they were entirely complicit, they knew about Erin. What the heck is wrong with the whole lot of them?)

Who cares?
Seriously, is Tiger Woods' more culpable than the woman he had the affair with? Was she living under an effing rock and didn't know who he was, and didn't realize he was already married with children??
Somehow I doubt it. And somehow I get the feeling that she knew very well exactly who he is, and while her ankles were on his shoulders, she was probably extremely busy calculating how much money she stood to gain from the publicity/notoriety.

Yep, this "sex addiction" thing is tiresome. It is nothing more than a PC camoflage for men who are famous and rich and don't know what to do with fame and fortune but indulge their libido. Basty nastards.
