It is a great kids film and I would highly recommend it. I wonder how many JWs will walk out though as this is not fairy tale magic but in your face voodoo with demonic spirits and all that. I was a little unsettled at first but then pulled myself together, it is hard to shake off the indoctrination sometimes.
Kids loved it, said it was the best Sunday meeting they had been to in a long time.

I'll have to take my girls to that soon, it sounds pretty good (for a girly kids' movie that I in no way would enjoy, you know...)

I remember as a very active jw mom I made my kids throw out a very evil, demonic movie.............. snow white!

But they will watch Snow White or visit DisneyWorld and call it the closest thing to God's Kingdom on earth or buy the DVD and fastfoward through the "bad" parts.

Oooh! Snow White! I always liked "Sleeping Beauty" - my heroine was the evil Fairy who turned into a really neat Dragon!!
(As you can all see by my Gravatar, I've turned into a "dragon" - "Wyvrling" - too...)
