I still just can't believe this. Her mother isn't even in the ground yet, and she's won bronze. I don't think I'd have it in me, personally if I was in her circumstances.

It's so overwhelming for her right now, she's compartmentalizing. Tomorrow is when everything will hit like a ton of bricks, poor kid. And in the weeks & months to come she'll be going through an unbelievable amount of emotions.
I'm so proud of her for rising to the occasion and even if she had finished 15th I'd feel the same.
