We must hate in the truest sense, which is to regard with extreme and active aversion, to consider as loathsome, odious, filthy, to detest. Surely any haters of God are not fit to live on his beautiful earth. - The Watchtower, October 1st, 1952, pp. 598-601

No. I don't. Also, I feel the above quote would have never come from the lips of Jesus Christ, if indeed he was a real man.

What about those who would scam and force us to believe something that is a blatant lie, that is going to ruin lives, and having people staking their lives on it? I have this kind of "love" for the members of the Filthful and Disgraceful Slavebugger. They have tried to force people to waste their lives bothering everyone to believe in a pack of lies, tampered with the Bible to make these lies more believable, and then ruined lives with their doctrines. They have even forcibly prevented people from independently researching these doctrines. They even go so far as to tell us that, even if we can prove a doctrine wrong using their own Bible, that we are still supposed to go by and TEACH the bad doctrines until the Filthful and Disgraceful Slavebugger itself corrects it.
Us apostates? I don't see any of us apostates that are that absolutely bad. Many believe in things I do not believe in, but I have yet to see anyone require I take their word for instead of researching the subjects and making their own opinions.

I would ask if that was taken out of context, but it would be hard to justify asking something that stupid. There were many pretty outrageous things being said in the 50s in the Watchtower. One would not have to look hard to see a clearly extremist religion if one just read the 50s Watchtower articles.
Jesus told us to love our enemies. The Watchtower tells us to hate our enemies. Who should we believe? This is an issue that came up in my recent committee. I explained to the elders that they would kill me for my 'sins' if the Governing Body told them to, despite the fact that it would be contrary to scripture. "Didn't they [the Society] also say that when in doubt, go with the scriptures?" they replied.
This quote is an example of why such reasoning on the part of the elders is simply lacking real basis. While the same words might not be used again amongst people who (presumably) are better informed in our time, the sentiment is still most certainly there.
Yes, I feel the love. Love for the Governing Body, and hate for anyone who sees the man behind the curtain.

Just in case any believe this to be an 'out of context' viewpoint, here is another sampling of the hate this article suggests:

Watchtower 1952, Page 600 - A Strong Refuge Today
Jehovah’s people express as their own other prophetic words: “Awake thou to help me, and behold. Even thou, O Jehovah God of hosts, the God of Israel, arise to visit all the nations: be not merciful to any wicked transgressors. They return at evening, they howl like a dog.” Here the enemies of Jehovah are viewed just like flea-bitten, mangy, scavenger dogs. “Scatter them by thy power, and bring them down, . . . let them even be taken in their pride, and for cursing and lying which they speak. Consume them in wrath, consume them, so that they shall be no more: and let them know that God ruleth in Jacob, unto the ends of the earth.” (Ps. 59:4-6, 11-13, AS) These are the true sentiments, desires and prayers of the righteous ones today. Are they yours? You may be sure they will be to the extent you know and love the name Jehovah. If you do not know him, then obviously you will be unconcerned about what happens. But if you love Jehovah then you will be greatly concerned about what happens to his holy name, and about those who would cast it into the mud, slime and filthiness of this degenerated, disgusting old system of things. - Emphasis mine. -

If no new light has been printed the so called 'old' light still stands. jw's cannot deny this unless they wish to 'run ahead' of the org, right? Then it amounts to them picking and choosing which doctrines they wish to adhere to just like they claim all of Christendom does and especially the dreaded Catholics.

This statement sounds so extreme it hardly sounds like it came from a balanced mind.
I can see a person like this gearing up to be a self-appointed executioner.
